How far do you travel?
I work throughout the region of East Anglia; Buckinghamshire (Milton Keynes), Hertfordshire (St Albans), Bedfordshire, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and London (Excluding Norwich). If you live a little further afield, or your job location is outside of the area that I cover, please get in touch, and I can let you know if I might be able to support you. Sometimes I can travel further and am happy to do so for the right jobs. Please be aware that I charge for travel but always aim to keep expenses minimum.
How can I make a payment?
I can accept cash payments, PayPal payments and card payments or payments via bank transfer.
Do you work in London?

What is the process to secure my date?
20% of the deposit is required to make a booking and secure the date.
Do I need to prepare my skin before my trial appointment?
Please attend your trial wearing no makeup, as long as you are happy to, and with clean skin, ideally cleansed or washed the previous evening.
When are trial appointments available during the week?
Anytime during the week.
How long does a trial take?
I typically require 1.5hrs for trials for bridal makeup.
With how many people you work and do make up on the wedding day or at an event?
I understand that each bridal party is unique, some with lots of members and some that are small and intimate. Where possible, we will agree in advance on the number in your party. Please be aware that how long you need to get into your dress and what time your party is happy to get started in the morning will impact how many members I can make up before the event. I always allow plenty of time to ensure everyone looks fantastic for the day.
What if my skin is sensitive? Do you use suitable products?
With years of experience as a makeup artist, I understand that everyone's skin needs to be treated differently. For that reason, I use a wide variety of products to ensure there's something suitable for everyone. I use a variety of well-known brands and some more specialist products. If you have very sensitive skin, let me know beforehand, and I will ensure I have products suited to your skin on the day. One of the reasons I carry out a trial is to check that all of my products are suited to your skin.
Do you adapt your makeup looks for people of different ages?
I always consider the age of the person I am creating makeup for to achieve an age-appropriate look. Over the years, I have applied makeup to people of all ages and understand what works well for each age group. I will also use age-appropriate products suited to your skin type.
What about different skin tones?
Over the years, I have worked with many people and have significant experience creating makeup looks for different skin tones. My kit includes a wide range of products to ensure I can match your skin tone perfectly. Before you come to your trial, please send me a photo (just a selfie will be fine), taken in natural light and without makeup. This will help me ensure I have everything I need for your trial before the day.
How soon can I book my wedding makeup?
I accept bookings 3-6 months in advance. If you have booked your date and it is over a year in the future, get in touch, and I will pencil in your date. When it's time to book, I'll be in touch to arrange the deposit and secure your date.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you find that you need to cancel, I would politely ask that you let me know as soon as possible. This enables me to offer the date to other brides that have yet been able to secure a makeup artist. Please be aware that the deposit you pay to secure your booking is non-refundable. If possible, please read my terms and conditions before you book.
Where do you hold your lessons?
The lessons are taught in my home studio. The location is MK14 6GD. Alternatively, I can come to you.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your current makeup kit with you. This is because it is beneficial for me to be able to look at the products and tools that you already use, as following your lesson, it will be easier for you to replicate what you have learned. I will try to teach you everything based on your makeup kit, so you do not need to buy lots of new cosmetics. If you are yet to invest in your kit or have minimal products, this is no problem. Just come to the lesson and enjoy yourself.
Should I wear makeup/prep my hair when attending my lesson?
You don't need to wear makeup or prep your hair before coming to the lesson; it is better to come without makeup if you can.
